Yes. We source every product directly from authorised Pokémon distributors in Australia. We don't deal in singles, proxies, resealed boxes or grey-market imports. If you ever receive something that isn't factory-sealed, we'll replace it or refund the full amount — no questions.
When will my order ship?

Every in-stock order placed before 2pm AEST on a business day ships the same day from our Melbourne warehouse. You'll get an Australia Post or StarTrack tracking number by email the moment it leaves us.
How much is shipping inside Australia?

Flat-rate tracked shipping starts at $9.95 for small orders. Orders over $299 ship free anywhere in Australia. Express and signature-on-delivery options are available at checkout.
What if my parcel is damaged on the way?

We pack everything bubble-wrapped and boxed with rigid reinforcement. In the rare case Australia Post damages a parcel in transit, take a photo at the door and email us within 48 hours — we'll replace the product or refund you in full.
Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes — tracked international shipping to NZ is calculated at checkout, and most NZ orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Prices on the NZ store are shown in NZD.
Can I pre-order upcoming sets?

Yes. Every announced English Pokémon TCG set opens for pre-order the moment Pokémon confirms a release date. You're charged at the time you order and the box ships the day it arrives at our Melbourne warehouse — usually 24-48 hours before retailers put them on shelves.
Do you accept returns on sealed product?

Yes — 30 days from delivery. If a sealed product is still sealed when you return it and arrives back to us in original condition, you'll get a full refund minus return postage. Opened product can't be returned for obvious reasons.
